I love the quality of your t-shirts – they feel lovely to wear, last really well and have the satisfaction that the product is also sustainably produced. Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I donât need tissue paper but it makes me feel like Iâve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works. With a small product range a business needs to meet these high standards and in my brief experience the white T-shirt company exceeds them.
